Daniel Toledano founded the firm over 30 years ago.  Daniel specializes in the needs of small and medium size businesses and has established and maintained professional relationships with many clients over the years.

Daniel obtained his accounting degree from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montreal in 1972, and was admitted to l’Ordre des Comptables Agrées du Québec in 1974.  He is a member of l’Institut Quebecois de Planification Financière.

Daniel has been involved for over 25 years as a director and volunteer with several non-profit organizations.

Michel specializes in general accounting, auditing, and tax for small and medium-sized

businesses. Michel joined the firm 20 years ago and is in charge of the technological standards and advancement of the firm.

Michel is very involved in community service and presently volunteers as an executive member on the board of several  non profit organizations. Michel obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in 1991, and was admitted to l’Ordre des Comptables Généraux Licencies du Québec in 2001.

Bill joined the firm 30 years ago. His specialty is in audit and general accounting.  He serves clients in various business sectors.  Bill obtained his degree of Bachelor of Commerce with a specialty in accounting in 1981 from Concordia University.
